The layout is as follows: the entrance opens on a hall that leads to the kitchen by the left and to the living room by the right. The access to the bedroom is by the left of the living room and the bathroom is accessible through the bedroom.

The kitchen is well arranged with wooden worktop and cupboards and shelves. It is equipped with an oven, two vitro-ceramic burners, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a coffee machine and a toaster. There are all necessary utensils.
The bathroom is all tiled in white and light green. It is equipped with a shower cabin, a big washbasin, a mirror and a toilet.
The nearest metro stations are Bastille (lines 1, 5 and 8) and Bréguet-Sabin (Line 5).
