The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 1 King en-suite
1 Double en-suite 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 double sofabeds This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

Entertainment :
The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

Eating & living :
There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Liability: During your stay the owner do not accept any Liability, personal injury, accident, loss or damage to person or personal effects however caused.

Damage or Changes caused by force majeure (strikes, floods, terrorist activities, closure of airports, weather conditions or a event beyond our control).no refunds or partial refunds can be made in the event of failure to arrive at the accommodation for whatever reason including but not limited to weather, transport, Visa regulations etc.
Cancellation Charges. We must be notified in writing as soon as possible in the event of a cancellation. Should you cancel your booking the following conditions will apply: your deposit is non refundable. YOU MUST HAVE HOLIDAY INSURANCE IN PLACE

between one& two calendars months before departure…50% total cost forfeited.
Less than 28 days before departure……………………100% of total cost forfeited
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR BOOKING IF THE BALANCE IS NOT PAID IN DUE DATES.

In accordance with the Manors Homeowners Association rules, no truck or van, boat, trailer, recreational vehicle, commercial vehicle or other types of non-passenger vehicles, equipment, implements or accessories shall be parked, stored or otherwise kept on any portion of the property or elsewhere on the manors South Owners or their Management Company will not be liable for any costs you will incur nor shall we pay any compensation nor make any refunds due to this action. Only the persons named on the booking form are allowed to stay in the villa.
Pool heating use at premises: if required must be ORDERED at the time of booking and paid within the final balance-

The Maintenance Man:
Occasionally Maintenance staff will need to visit during your stay to attend to everyday Items, (pool. Cleaned)

In the unlikely event of a complaint during your stay please contact the management company immediately. They will contact us as soon as possible.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Deposit £150/$200per week is required for each week booked this is non-refundable/non transferable in the event of cancellation. We do not except pre-dated cheques. We Will not hold dates until Deposit has been received and cashed .
Balance. The balance is due 10 WEEKS BEFORE departure date. PLEASE SEND SECURITY BOND TOO. We won't accept parties under 21 or all male/female parties.
Security Bond £150.00 /$200 PER WEEK will be requested along with your full balance and will be refunded 14 days after returning home.
