The wide open living room features a freestanding gas fireplace, 27" TV in the living room with DVD player and Playstation, and cable television in each individual bedroom. Take advantage of the large screened-in porch that looks across the street at the lake.

Take advantage of the communities heated pools during the summer season or the ice skating pond and sledding hill during the winter season. Wonderful amenities for all ages for all seasons.

Community offers 24 hr. security, two stocked lakes with beaches, three pools, playgrounds, tennis & basketball courts, boat rentals, ice skating pond, sledding hill & organized activities. 10 minute drive to Jack Frost & Big Boulder, 20 minutes to Camelback & Camelbeach. Cancellation Policy: 30 days notice 100% refund, less 15% admin. fee. Less than 30 days, full refund (less 15%) if I am able to replace your cancelled time with another booking.
Deposits: Security Deposit : $250 (Refundable after renter check-out and home has been inspected)
Other Fees: Security gate card: $25 Recreation badges: $25/per person/per week. Children 6 & under are free(Only necessary in summer). Cleaning: $50 for week, $35 for weekend
