Our four bedroomed, four bathroomed, air conditioned villa with its own private pool is on a quiet gated development close to many local amenities and a short stroll from Pattaya's Jomtien Beach. The property comes complete with a fully insured car.

Property Details

The spacious, open-plan lounge/dining room has enough sofas and armshairs to seat 8 people in comfort. A full home entertainment system comprising Cable TV, DVD Player and Home Cinema Surround Sound is provided - so you can watch films or listen to your favourite CDs when you're not outisde making the best of the tropical sunshine.

The dining area seats up to 8 people if you want to eat in - and we can always provide a cook for you so that you can enjoy the local specialities without having to go to a restaurant.

The luxury kitchen is fully fitted and is set off by granite work surfaces, electric oven, gas hob and fridge freezer. You'll also find a microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, rice cooker etc. and enough pots and pans to get really adventurous in the kitchen whislt staying at your villa.

If you want to do your own washing, a washing machine is provided for you (together with an iron and ironing board) - but why not treat yourself and send everything to the local laundry from where it'll be returned washed, ironed and neatly folded at an almost ridiculously low price.

Upstairs you'll find four double bedrooms, three of which have their own private bathroom (with a fourth bathroom available on the ground floor). Each bedroom has a King or Queen sized bed, wardrobe and dressing table. The private bathroom to the master bedroom is equipped with both a bath and a shower, whilst the other bathrooms have electric showers.

In addition to the air conditioning, there are also ceiling fans for those who prefer them. Naturally, towels and linen are provided for you and will be regularly changed by your maid.

The landscaped gardens have external seating to enjoy morning coffee or pre-dinner cocktails in comfort.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Our villa is offered all year round, a 10% deposit secures your reservation (credit cards accepted), 40% payable 6 weeks prior to arrival and the balance on arrival in Thai Baht
