Right in the Heart of the Gold Country in historic downtown Grass Valley, Ca. Close to rivers, lakes and ski slopes all less then a hour away. This charming 2 bedroom condo is tastefully decorated with comfortable cottage type furnishings, with all of the modern amenities for a perfect romantic hideaway weekend.
Our guests will enjoy the quaint living room, a sunny and light kitchen with breakfast bar, or you can have your meals in your own small yard or you might want to have lunch on the lawn right next to
the creek. This is not just walk to town this is right in town. Just imagine walking to one of our great bakeries for coffee or a nice Coldstone ice cream, or the Historic Holbrook Hotel and enjoy a
great dinner.
It's the perfect relaxing getaway for a weekend or extended stay!

The area is full of unique history, museums and state parks, there are lots of recreational opportunities here, golfing,biking,hicking, water and snow skiing, diverse cultural events, theaters, and galery's. In the summer Grass Valley closes its streets and has
Friday night market and Nevada City has Wednesday market. In the winter the streets are closed on Friday nights for Cornish Christmas and Wednessday nights in Nevada City for Victorian Christmas, the county fairgrounds are within walking distance, it has been said that Nevada County fair grounds are the most beautiful in the country.
The charming Gold Rush architecture of the Grass Valley and Nevada City have walking tours, great antiquing and we're only about an hour from the ski resorts too. You will be surprised at
the variety and quality of the many nearby renouned restaurants, and would you believe Grass Valley even has a gaming parlor? Nevada County is home to many vineyards and wineries some open for tasting and special events. There are tasting rooms in Grass Valley and nearby Nevada City. If you enjoy the night life,then there are several places in Grass Valley and Nevada City to enjoy. a little night music Also And did I mention walking distance to the new
convention center, fairgrounds etc. Come and enjoy our historic state parks and mining museums.

There is a $300.00 deposit required to reserve condo.
Low Season-(January 15- March 30 2007)
Low season There is a charge of $119.00 a night $795.00 a week $2400 a month plus 10% Tot tax
Regular Season-(April - January 15 2007)$165.00/night, $1100/week and $2950/month plus 10% Tot tax
Multi Monthly rates are available at a more discounted rate,
especially for those closing escrow jobs etc, etc.
There is a cleaning fee of $80.00
