Watch the sunset and see the city lights of Kelowna, the Westside and Westbank appear. Conveniently located off Highway 33 in a quiet residential neighbourhood and just minutes to all the great amenities Kelowna has to offer. Top Golf Courses, Gallaghers Canyon, Harvest, Bear and Quail. Approximately a 35 minute drive to Big White Ski Resort or just relax and catch the ski shuttle. Approximately 8 km from Kelowna International Airport YLW and the Kelowna Airporter Shuttle is available.

Rental Policy

Absolutely No Parties Of Any Kind
Acker Vacation Homes has zero tolerance policy for parties, stags and noise. The owners of the property have the right to evict any guest and party, all pre-paid rents, deposits and purchases shall be considered earned and therefore be retained by the property owners.

Guests must take care and respect the accommodations that have been rented.

If any damage is found or caused Guests agree to report this IMMEDIATELY to the Manager/Owners of the property.

Acker Vacation Homes caters to families and mature adult groups.

Absolutely No Noise After 10:00 pm
If you are not the type that wants to be sleeping by 10:00 pm Please look elsewhere for accommodation.
We offer rest & relaxation. Please be mature and respect the comfort of other guests.
Mature adults and family get-togethers preferred.

Non Smoking Property
We are a non-smoking property.

Reservation Policies & Payments
A 100% deposit will be charged to your credit card at time of reservation. Please present this same credit card upon arrival. Payments can be made by American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club.

Security Deposit upon Check-in
A security deposit of 10% of your total stay is due upon check-in. This amount is to be an pre-authorization on credit card. For a large group the at has rented 3 or more rooms, multiple credit card pre-authorizations may be required.

Cancellations & Changes to Reservation
Cancellations or changes made before 7 days before arrival are subject to a 40.00 CAD penalty x the number of rooms. Cancellations or changes made after the 7 days before arrival are subject to a 1 Night Room, Packages & Tax penalty. No refunds will be made for no-shows or early checkouts.
1 room = requires 1 week cancellation notice
2 rooms = requires 2 weeks cancellation notice
3 rooms = requires 3 weeks cancellation notice
and so on....

Discounts
Discounts must be negotiated at time of reservation. AARP Club, Auto Club, Government and Corporate membership cards must be valid and presented upon check-in. The "Best Available Rate" is for those who do not have membership in any discount club.

Extra Persons
Every property is priced with a maximum of 2 adults per bedroom. As there is only 1 king bed per bedroom, extra persons are not permitted.

Arrivals / Check-ins / Late Arrivals
Check-in begins at 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm. If you are unable to arrive before 6:00pm, please contact our office in advance to make special arrangements.

Departures / Check-out / Late Checkout
Check outs are at 12:00 noon unless otherwise arranged. In most cases checkout later then noon are charged $40/ hour x number of rooms.

Cleaning of Property
Guests are required to complete the cleaning requirements that are posted in each accommodation prior to checking out. These requirements include washing and putting away all dishes, leaving accommodations organized and tidy, and taking all garbage & recycling to the disposal site. Please remember that the damage deposit will be applied to the cost of additional cleaning at a fee of $100.00 x number of rooms. A lost key fee of $100 will be deducted from damage deposit if keys are missing upon departure.
