The villa is located within 'Orange Tree', a friendly well established estate located in Clermont, just off Highway 27. Within 5 minutes of Interstate 4 (the I4) – offering easy reach of the Gulf Coast, Tampa Bay & Busch Gardens (about an hours drive) and Kennedy Space Centre (also about an hours drive). The villa is just a 20 minute drive to UNIVERSAL STUDIOS and SEAWORLD and a 10 minute drive to WALT DISNEY WORLD - in fact you can see the Downtown Disney fireworks from the villa!

As you can tell by its name, the community of Orange Tree was built on orange groves, and the builder has kept the trees on the estate allowing you to pick oranges. That’s free freshly squeezed orange juice for the whole holiday! Orange Tree is a prestigious community, voted best Orlando vacation home 2006. It has its own tennis & basketball courts, kids play ground and conservation area. Orange Tree is located just minutes away from golf courses & Lake Louisa National Park. You can try horse riding, snorkelling, windsurfing, fishing and many other activities.

We have been visiting Florida for 12 years and wouldn’t choose anywhere else for our holiday. We used to visit Florida before we had our children and have continued to do so ever since they were born.

Rental Policy

Preference saturday - saturday bookings.

Arrival Times

The villa is available from 4:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of your departure. (late check out can be arranged if no guest due in later that day at a small charge).

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

£100 per week deposit required on booking. Balance due 12 weeks prior to travel & £100 per week security deposit (refundable) due at this time.
Pool heat available Oct - March, £110 per week. Please contact us for further info.
