Villa in gated community on Rt 27 in Clermont only 10 miles from Disney exit on Rt 192. Super Wal-Mart only a few miles from Villa. Mission Park offers a country setting on the edge of all the hubbub. Play hard then relax in your own pool/spa.

Property Details

The 1700 sq ft professionally designed villa has an open floor plan with room for everyone. Wireless internet throughout villa and the lania.

The fully air conditioned/heated layout offers opportunity for some to rest while others, swim, play pool, soak up the sun on a comfy lounge or watch tv. Villa has cable tv, highspeed wireless internet and an entertainment center with a stereo/cd player, dvd, and vcr.

Every room has a ceiling fan and every bedroom has a tv and alarm clock.

Villa has two master suites with king beds and ensuites. Suite one has a full bath with double vanity, garden tub, shower and walk in closet. Suite two has a full bath with single vanity, large walk- in-shower and a closet. Both master suites have double doors to bathrooms.
Remaining two bedrooms each have two twin beds and are separated by a full bath with single vanity, tub and shower.

All bedrooms have bureaus and closets. Master baths have hair dryers.

Child safety buzzers on all exit doors and game room, as well as the sliding patio door to the pool.

Villa has a large 18 x30 fully enclosed lania with south facing pool surrounded by palm trees, plants and flowers. Pool area has comfy cushion chairs and lounges as well as a table for four with an overhead fan.

Villa has kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, cooking utensil and dishes.

Formal dining area has seating for six plus two bar stools at kitchen bar. You can dine in or dine out. It's all about having a choice.

Game room features full size pool table and six foot air hockey table. Great way to extend a day of fun or to skip a day and spend it as a family.

Villa has just about everything you need to enjoy your holiday in the Orlando area including a childs high chair and pak and play. All towels (except face clothes-they keep dissappearing) and linen are supplied.

Villa has full size washer and dryer as well as an ironing board.

Lots of great restuarants, buffets and fast food places located all along Rt 192. CVS and Walgreens just down the street from villa.

Rental Policies

Damage deposit of $200 is required on all rentals. Minimum rental 5 days. For rentals less than 7 days there is an $80 cleaning charge. We accept mastercharge, visa, money orders or bank checks.
