New fully-furnished luxurious two bedroom, two bath townhouses minutes away from Russian River beaches, wineries, cafes and shops. Two miles East of the bustling little town of Guerneville. The coast is just 25 minutes away. The townhouses are beautifully furnished with a warm and friendly charm, welcoming you underneath the treetops of our magnificent Redwoods.

Each rental includes upper and lower grand balcony redwood decks built around our 100-year-old Redwood Trees, one balcony for the master bedroom and the other seated above just off the living room--making it ideal for Barbecues and outside family dinners. Inside you will find large vaulted ceilings above our spacious living rooms, TVs with cable and DVD/VHS capabilities, large couches for plenty of seating, as well as a cozy remote controlled fireplace to add just a little of that romantic charisma for those times you can get away. Our bathrooms are exquisitely done in tile and stone, with showers including dual heads on opposite sides. Granite kitchen counters, large bedrooms, and all linens and china included.

Located just a 5 minute drive from the town of Guerneville, these lovely guest homes are fully furnished with everything you could need for your weekend away.
The large living room area gets tons of light throughout the day from all of the windows and has a beautiful stone fireplace. Living room includes TV, DVD and VCR player and a stereo for compact discs. There is a grand redwood balcony off of the living room with a BBQ and picnic table for lovely outdoor dining.

Rental Policy

*Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
*9% transient occupancy tax.
*Reservations must be secured by one half of the booking fee in advance by check or credit card.
*To receive a deposit refund, reservations must be canceled one month prior to check-in.
*Check-in time after 3PM. Check out time is 12:00pm.
*All units are non-smoking.
*Your credit card will not be charged until the reservation is confirmed.
*Reservations are confirmed only after receiving a confirmation e-mail or speaking to a Balalaika Guest Homes representative.
