Rental Policies

We require a 7 night minimum stay at Christmas.
*Hotel units are subject to a 12% Bahamian government tax.
All reservations subject to $3.50 per person, per night maid gratuity.

50% deposit at booking
Cancellation refunds will be determined by the length of time prior to arrival date. 60 Days or Less your deposit will be forfeited, 61-90 Days 40 % of your deposit will be forfeited, more than 90 days 20% of your deposit will be forfeited.
