The cottage is newly renovated and offers high quality accommodation. It has its own private enclosed garden, and parking space. The cottage garden has outdoor furniture and barbeque. Access inside is through french doors entering the spacious kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fitted with tiled worktops and equipped with electric oven, hob and extractor, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker toaster etc. Open plan oak beams lead to the two sitting rooms, downstairs bathroom and separate toilet. The bathroom has a french bath, shower, vanity unit and wash basin. The sitting rooms are designed with your entertainment and comfort in mind. There is a tv, video player, music centre with cd player and a selection of books and board games. The 2nd sitting room also has a good quality bed settee so this room can easily be converted to a 3rd bedroom. A beautiful oak open tread staircase leads upstairs to two adjoining bedrooms, one double, the other twin-bedded. Both rooms have exposed beams and dormer windows which offer superb views of the garden and surrounding countryside. Bedding and towels are provided at no extra cost, and the cottage has central heating throughout.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information
Rental is weekly, from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival time after 4pm and departure time 10 am. A non-refundable deposit is required of 100 euros for weekly booking, 150 for fortnight booking, with the balance paid in full 8 weeks prior to commencement of holiday. Cleaning charge of 40 euros on arrival. Damage waiver deposit of 150 euros, returned on departure minus any breakages.
