Rental Rates

$2,500.00 to $4,500.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Rental period is from Saturday 3:30pm to Saturday 10:30am.
Rentals are by the week; monthly & weekend rates may be available upon request (not during Summer)
$500 Deposit is required to hold a rental; Full Payment is due 60 days from Start Period.
There is a $120 cleaning fee per weekly rental (deducted from your deposit. Shorter stays require higher fees).
Security deposit is required (2 weeks prior), to be refunded after inspection.
Any credit or PayPalfees will be passed to the renter.
