8-one bedroom condos and 1-two bedroom condo with event center that can accommodate up to 50 people. Has a pond area with fire pit. Each condo is fully furnished with pots, pans, dishes, linens, towels, large propane BBQ grill, patio furniture, privacy fence in back yard and each condo has a view of the lake, over 50 miles of hiking/biking trails, and a full service marina right across the road. 15-20 minutes from down town Fort Collins, 30 minutes to Estes park and Poudre Canyon, about 1 hour to Denver
