Our beautiful, newly built family villa offers luxurious comfort and tranquillity among the woodlands, waterways and golf courses of Rotonda West. The villa overlooks woodland, incorporates every luxury and is furnished to the highest standards.

The villa is located within 10 minutes drive of the ocean and the miles of magnificent unspoilt beaches and inland waterways. Nature reserves, over 20 golf courses, tennis and fishing are all nearby. The area has an extensive selection of restaurants serving every type of food (seafood is a local speciality) and a wide range of shops. The town of Port Charlotte has a great shopping mall which includes Sears and Burdines department stores as well as an extensive range of boutiques. Unique Fisherman's Village is built over the Peace River, Punta Gorda.
