Chateau Acadian #114 is perfect for large groups up to 12 people. This large 3 bedroom 3 bath town home has plenty of space for large groups to spread out and have their own space without being crammed all together. A newly remodeled main level features a breath takingly modern kitchen and sunken living room with a wood burning fireplace and comfortable sofas. The outside decks are one of the most attractive features with the sound of the babbling brook just outside and direct views of the Gore Mountain Range. The owners work and live in Boulder, Colorado and wants you to share in the beauty of their mountain home.

Chateau Acadian is a condo complex that has some of the most direct views of Buffalo and Red Mountain possible in Keystone. Right off the bike path, it is only a short walk to the Keystone golf courses, sledding, hiking trails, the Snake River, and Lake Dillon. A small babbling brook runs right in front of the property and can be heard from anywhere in the complex.

The bike path is immediately out in front of Chateau Acadian which follows the Snake River upstream into Keystone. Very close by and only a couple minutes away by foot are the two Keystone Golf courses and a family tubing hill in the winter season.

Arrival Times

You will need to pick up a KEY OR KEY CARD at a central lock box location in order to get into your condo. Keys will not be placed until after 4PM on the day of your arrival. Strictly at 10AM. Late checkouts will be charged $20 per 30 minute period. Clean up after yourself. Take out the trash, run the dishwasher, and make sure you have all of your belongings. Our cleaning staff will come and collect the linens and get the condo ready for the next guests. MAKE SURE YOU LEAVE ALL OF THE KEYCARDS IN AN OBVIOUS SPOT INSIDE THE CONDO. LOST KEYCARDS WILL BE CHARGED TO YOU AT A COST OF $20.00 PER KEYCARD.
