The garden has a large entertainment area with a swimming pool and BBQ/eating area.

Rental Policy

A small complimentary welcome pack is available on arrival.

Cots / fold-up beds / high chairs are available to rent for £20 each for the duration of your stay.

Wedding receptions are subject to additional fee of £10 per head for each reception guest

1) Prices are based on the rental of the villa, pool and grounds. Linen & towels (except beach towels) are provided.

2) A non refundable booking deposit of 30% is required at time of booking. Discounts are available for those wishing to pay in full at the time of booking.

4) A security (damage) deposit of £300 (or Euro equivalent) is required with each booking.

5) Final payment (including security deposit) to be settled 90 days prior to check-in.
