which make this an easy place to stay for families, including books, games, & beach toys. It's located in Williams Bay, on the
northwest side of Lake Geneva, a village about 1/3 the size of the town of Lake Geneva & without all of the traffic & congestion
that accompanies a summer resort town that size. Muth's Roost has 3 bedrooms & sleeps 6 comfortably, 10 uncomfortably. It
has 1 bathroom with shower (no bathtub). The house is almost 1000 ft2 on 1 level. Every room is naturally air-conditioned with 2
windows, a ceiling fan, & a window fan. Upgrades are underway-new window treatments are being installed this month.
