*We ask for a $1,000.00 security deposit which will be promptly returned after 30 days. The rental period is a full seven nights, from Sunday to Sunday. Check-in time is 3:00pm on Sunday (keys will not be given out prior to check-in time).

After you have confirmed the available dates for your stay, we will hold your reservation for five days, pending the receipt of your deposit. We accept cash, travelers checks and major credit cards (please add 4% for processing credit cards).

The home is furnished with most of the basic kitchen items needed, such as dishes, flatware and kitchen utensils. Linens are not provided as part of your rental. Please bring your own food, linens, blankets, towels, toiletries, etc. (Rental Linins, maid service are available for an additional charge. Our home has direct beach access: Enjoy the sunrise with a
coffee in your hand from the private dune seating especially for
this house. This spacious home is located Oceanside in Pt. Pleasant
Beach. The neighborhood is residential. This home lies just 100
yards west of Bradshaw Beach. This private beach has lifeguards and
requires beach passes. 8 Beach passes are included with your rental.
(swim at your own risk) Four blocks to the north is the start of
the Point Pleasant Boardwalk, filled with shops, eateries, and
amusements. Other attractions nearby include golf, fishing, health
facilities, and restaurants. Both Atlantic City and Six Flags Great
Adventure are 1 hour and 10 minutes away

If you are a large family, you can also rent the Oceanfront home which has 6 bedrooms 5.5 baths for an additional charge. This is an ideal setup for extended family or family reunion. For multiple dates and availability please contact us early.

We provide 0ff-street parking for 2 cars with ample on-street parking for day & night just 2 blocks away.

Rental Policy

A $200 cleaning fee will be deducted from your security.

Arrival Times

Check-in time is 3:00pm on Sunday (keys will not be given out prior to check-in time). Incoming guests will greatly appreciate your courteous observance of the 11:00am check-out time.
