This spacious 5 bedroom home with pool is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. It lies just one block west of Bradshaw Beach. This private beach has lifeguards and requires beach passes. 12 beach passes are included with your rental.

A private deck off the master bedroom provides a view of the Lake of the Lilies. A Spiral staircase brings you to the pool deck and pool. Early Spring Fall and winter guests can sit around the Gas Fireplace. The Kitchen and entertainment area (seats 24) allows you to entertain in luxury. A patio on the Washington Street side allows kids a place to meet with friends, without disturbing the rest of the family.

Rental Policies

After you have confirmed the available dates for your stay, we will hold your reservation for five days, pending the receipt of your deposit. We accept cash, travelers checks and major credit cards (please add 4% for credit card processing).

The lease will only be in one person's name. All family members will need to be listed. Please note that we do not accept "sharing." We are willing to consider two families.

Arrival Times

Check-in time is 3:00pm on Sunday (keys will not be given out prior to check-in time). Incoming guests will greatly appreciate your courteous observance of the 11:00am check-out time.

Rental Rates

$4,000.00 to $8,000.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

This spacious house is available from $4900-$8000 per week.

We ask for a $1000.00 security deposit which will be promptly returned after 30 days.

The rental period is a full seven nights, from Sunday to Sunday.
Upon check-out guests are expected to strip all beds, carry out trash, do dishes and leave the premises in a neat and tidy condition. Our cleaning crew will take care of the rest. $200 will be deducted from your security deposit.

Please bring your own food, linens, blankets, towels, toiletries, etc.
