Ampersand Bay is appox. 30 acres located on the Saranac chain of lakes on Lower Saranac Lake in the Adirondack mountains. Enjoy breath taking views of the lake and Adirondack mountains right from your own lakeside balcony. We offer nightly and weekly rentals of studio units, cottages, cabins and condo suites. Guests can enjoy the use of our canoes and kayaks, private beach, beach vollyball, horse shoes and fishing from the dock. We have motor boat rentals available from small fishing boats to large pontoon party boats. Convienently located approx. 1 mile from the town of Saranac Lake with shops and restaurants. And only 8 miles from Lake Placid.
