Dads Beach House has 2 bedrooms, 1-1/2 bath, Sleeps 7-9 guests. Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed. 2nd Bedroom has a Queen Futon/sofa and a Bunk Bed with a Twin on top and a Full Futon/sofa underneath. The house has an updated & fully equipped Kitchen with Granite counters and lots of counter and cupboard space. There is an outdoor hot and cold shower, enclosed patio table outdoor seating and cozy private Hot Tub!
Dads is 4 houses to the East Cliff/Pleasure Point Beaches and scenic East Cliff Drive for walking, skating, strolling, bicycling, watching the sea life and surfers. You can hear the Ocean Surf from the home. It is centrally located in Santa Cruz at the Pleasure Point Area. Parking for 2 cars. TV's, VCR's, DVD players and 5-CD Player. Fun beach toys for children. Sorry no pets.
