Oleander Villa is a 3 bedroom holiday home with its' own swimming pool in Spartia, Kefalonia, Greece. It is a 140 square metre 3 storey house on a quarter acre plot, benefiting from fantastic views of Mount Aenos and the Ionian Sea.
This privately owned villa is available May to October and sleeps 6-8 people.

Front door opens into the hallway.
Beneath the stairs are storage cupboards, fridge, worksurface with kettle and tea making facilities.
A family bathroom with double sinks, bath and tiled walk in shower cubicle.
2 good sized bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin).
Built in wardrobes.
Air conditioning.
Ceiling fans.
Both bedrooms have French doors opening onto the above ground terrace with sea and mountain views.
Steps from the terrace lead down to the patio and tiled swimming pool area.

^ First floor ^

Open plan Lounge/dining/kitchen and a separate w/c.
Modern hole in the wall open fireplace.
Double sofabed.
Extendable dining table with 6 chairs, suitable for indoor or outdoor balcony use.
Large sliding doors from the lounge open onto the main balcony ideal for out-door dining, with beautiful 180° sea and mountain views.
2 smaller side balconies are accessed via French doors. With 3 differently positioned balconies, you can always sit in the sun or the shade from dawn til' dusk!
Good sized modern fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and stools.

^ Second floor ^

This is a large master bedroom covering the whole of the top floor with king sized bed, sitting area and en-suite shower room, large fitted wardrobe and through the glass sliding doors a private enclosed balcony with amazing sea and mountain views.

Traditional Greek village of Spartia.
15 mins drive from the airport
20 mins drive to the capital Argostoli
5 mins walk to the village with 2 mini markets and 3 restaurants.
5 minute drive to Spartia beach and the Waterways restaurant (one of the best restaurants on the Island, beautiful setting).
10 minutes drive to other lovely beaches.

Rental Policy

Prices are based on 2 - 6 people in 2 double beds and 2 twin beds.
2 extra people can be accommodated on a sofabed or a cot - extra charge.
Flights not included.
For extra persons using the double sofabed
or a cot, please add 10% per person.
A 20% (non refundable) deposit is required to confirm your booking.
The balance, along with a £200 security deposit, is to be paid 8 weeks before your holiday.

June 2nd - July 13th £750 per wk / £1400 for 2 wks
July 14th - Sept 7th £900 per wk / £1700 for 2 wks
Sept 8th - Oct 5th £750 per wk / £1400 for 2 wks
Oct 6th - Oct 26th £700 per wk / £1300 for 2 wks
