Property Description

Airhouse Villa has spectacular views, enjoyed by two ground floor bedrooms which both open via French windows onto the main veranda. Outside steps lead down to the large swimming pool and terrace. Owners can organise transfers and car hire.

Property Details

The pool is easily accessed from the verandah and enclosed by decorative railings, enabling a watchful eye to be kept on the children as they play.

(Airhouse has a twin Villa which shares the pool. They can be rented together for larger groups)

The Mediterranean planting is very beautiful, set with olive trees, fruit trees and many exotic flowers.

Similarly spectacular views are enjoyed by the two ground floor bedrooms which both open via French windows onto the main veranda. Outside steps lead down to the large sized 7m x 5m, disappearing edge swimming pool and pool terrace.

Both the double bedroom and the twin bedroom have en-suite facilities, one with spacious walk in shower and the other a bath with overhead shower (for children or inveterate bath takers!). The third bedroom is located upstairs with two full size bunk beds. All bedrooms have spacious storing and hanging facilities. Additionally there is one washroom upstairs that is accessible to all houseguests.

The main upstairs entrance opens into a spacious living area with fireplace, TV, DVD, CD, books, music and French windows opening from a comfortable sitting area onto an open veranda. The living area leads onto the spacious, well presented dining area with wide sliding glass doors opening onto the covered veranda looking over the sea. The dining area leads on to a spacious and well-appointed integrated kitchen. The twin sofas open into full size ¾ beds for additional sleeping arrangements.

Further stairs lead up to the ceramic tiled roof terrace with tiled pergola over the al fresco dining area giving amazing panoramic views over Kalkan bay, Patara Beach and Kapitas bay. The pergola on the spacious roof terrace provides for al fresco dining whilst you take in the stunning views and listen to the distant haunting sounds of the Imam calling the faithful to prayer echoing from the mosque in the far valley. This is a really special place to catch up with your sun tan. At night the roof terrace gives you all the romantic sunsets and skylines you desire and is certainly the place to watch the moon rising!

Taxis are readily available or the local buses frequently pass at the end of the road.

Rental Policy

Rates
All rates are quoted in GBP

What's Included?
Our property is fully equipped with bed linens, towels, cooking utensil etc. Guests should supply towels for the Beach.

Tax and Service
There are no taxes, hidden costs, service fees or management fees. All are fully inclusive in the rent.

Payment
A 25% - non-refundable deposit is required by the villa owner to secure the villa and final payment to be paid 6 weeks before your holiday.

Cancellation
Cancellation of a booking at any time may result in forfeiture of deposits. Deposit may be refunded for a cancellation if we can re-book the villa for the period of the initial booking. If only a portion of the rental time is re-booked, a pro-rata refund will be made. Any rental payments, which may qualify for a refund, whether in whole or pro-rata, will be subject to a deduction of a 25% administration fee.

Travel Insurance
With potential medical liability and cancellation risks involved in holidays, travel insurance is important, as deposits and rental payments are not refundable after a reservation has been confirmed. We highly recommend you buy an all-inclusive travel insurance package, which covers all your expenses if you need to cancel your holiday due to personal reasons or a world event.

Checkout Time
Checkout time is Monday 10:00 and Check-in Monday after 15:00 hours but this may be flexible.

Liability
The owners will not be responsible under any circumstances to refund any unused portion with respect to accommodation, including any substitutions. If any accommodation is substituted, we will at all times and in good faith endeavour to substitute accommodation of a comparable type.
The owners disclaims any and all liability for property loss or damage, as well as injury including death sustained by any person whilst residing at a private villa, or whilst engaged on any tour, whether the loss or injury occurs as a result of breach of contractual obligations of the owners or agent.
The renters are liable for the safety of themselves and any other guests whilst staying in the accommodation and using the pool, roof terrace and balconies.

Arrival Times

Mondays. Arrival after 3pm. Departure before 10pm. Due to popular flight times we can usually be flexible unless the departing or arriving guests times clash

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Prices are for upto 4 persons. Each extra guest over 2 yrs old at £70 per week.
