Property Description

Nicely furnished ocean front unit with dynamite view. This unit has a queen in the master with a sitting area and two twin beds in the second room.

Complex offers 2 pools, 2 spas, putting green, bar-b-que area, game room with pool tables, laundry room, exercise room, ping pong table and underground parking. Walk to the Oceanside Harbor with its many shops, restaurants, deep sea fishing and water sport rentals.

Lego Land, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park, Del Mar Race Track, Old Town, Casinos are all within 40 miles of Oceanside.

Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm and Mexico are all within 75 miles.

Rental Policy

In addition to the rent, there is a 10% bed tax, $90 cleaning fee, $25 booking fee and a refundable $500 security deposit. There is no tax on rentals over 30 days but the security on monthly rentals is $1000

Arrival Times

Check-in at 3 pm. Check-out time is 10am.
