Cots and highchairs are available at additional cost on request at time of booking.

Gardens and pool are maintained weekly.

Accessibility
The villa is totally wheelchair friendly. All accommodation is on one level, all doors are wide enough to allow wheelchair access. The main bathroom is fitted with handrails. The garden has gentle slopes and no steps.

Outside
Covered naya overlooking patio and private 11m x 6m pool. Brick built barbeque.

Sunbeds are provided.

Coast/Beach
Several secluded bays/beaches are within 5 minutes drive of the villa, in summer this could take longer due to the popularity of these bays/beaches. Portitxol and Cap de la Nao with their spectacular views are also within 5 minutes drive.

Golf
There are several golf courses nearby.

Travel
Javea is between Alicante and Valencia airports, both of which are just over an hours drive away. A car is essential, we recommend you look at www.carjet.co.uk. if hiring.

Further details
Javea is a lovely place to visit. The town has something for everyone. Surrounded by nature reserves with stunning views, Javea has a bustling port, an 'old town' with a weekly market, a lovely coastline with a beatiful sandy beach and great bars and restaurants aplenty serving food from around the world.

For the energetic there are a number of golf courses. Water sports including wind surfing, jet skiing, water skiing and boat hire can be found at the Arenal. If walking appeals there are any number of trails through the nature reserves, although at the height of the summer some of these can be deceptively demanding, take plenty of water.....you have been warned !

If you get time to get out and about, visit Moraira, the best of the rest, or Benidorm if there are children to entertain. There you will find water parks and the theme park Terra Mitica.

Valencia is great for a day trip, all hustle and bustle mixed up with some fine architecture and cultural stuff. If you find yourselves there on the right evening and CF Valencia are playing at the Mestalla, go along, the atmosphere is great !

Well, with all that going on it's no wonder the World Health Organisation recommend we all live in Javea !!

Rental Policies

Arrival Times

We like you to arrive at 13:00 on the day of arrival. And depart at 10:00am on the day of departure. Although if your flight isn't until late and we do not have anyone else arriving on the same day we will be flexible on the leaving time.

Rental Rates

EUR 425.00 to EUR 1,050.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Bookings are made on a weekly basis, generally from Saturday to Saturday although we will try and be flexible subject to availability.

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required on booking with the balance to be paid 6 weeks before you travel, again non-refundable.

A 225 euros damage / loss deposit is also payable with the final payment, it will be returned within 14 days of your return subject to there being no loss or damage.
