This is a 1170 Square foot, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. The lania is at least twice the size of most. The master bedroom and living room both have entrance to the lania. There is nothing you need to bring except yourselves, pool towels and a few good books. There are only 20 units in the complex so the pool and hot tu are never "busy". There is a community BBQ at the pool. You have your own private parking space and plenty of other parking for visitors. The unit will be clean when you arrive. There is everything you need for your stay. Grocery stores (Publix) and Walmarts are 3 miles away but still the unit is located over a mile from Rt 41 (the "busy road").
Two TV's, DVD player, CD player, stero, dish washer, microwave, toaster oven, washer, dryer, outdoor bar and furniture on lania, ice maker, air-conditioned/heated and lots of closet space.
