$250 holding fee (to be aplied to the security deposit) to reserve unit.
Arrival Times
Check in time is 3pm sharp. Saturday to Ssaturday only during the summer.
Additional Rate and Deposit Information
In addition to the rent there is a 10% bed tax and a $95 cleaning fee. There is also a refundable $500 security deposit on weekly rentals and a $1,000 on monthly rentals.
