Our home is a 3 bed/ 2 bath dwelling in a semi-residential area on the edge of Davenport . Having it's own Hot Tub & within a short walk of the communal swimming pool it is an ideal base for your Orlando vacation. A short drive from all theme parks.

The Palm Key House is a spacious dwelling in a semi-residential area on the edge of Davenport on highway 27, is very close to highway 192 and only a couple of miles away from Interstate 4. Close to shops and restaurants, but still in the quiet setting of Orange groves and open fields.

Based within the community and just a short walk away from the house are:

Heated swimming pool and kiddie pool.
Tennis courts.
Playground.
Exercise room with Treadmill and Weight Machine.

Home features and amenities include:

Three double size bedrooms. Two bathrooms. Dishwasher. Washer and Dryer. Fridge / Freezer. Full size cooker. Microwave and Toaster. Hair Dryer. Iron and Ironing board. All towels and bed linen. Cable TV, with DVD and Video.
Hot Tub on Patio (available on request only).Car Port.

It’s all about location, The Palm Key vacation home is just minutes away from all the major attractions.
International Drive, Church Street Station, Wet’n’Wild.
Walt Disney World - The Magic Kingdom, MGM Studios, Epcot, Animal Kingdom , Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach are all within a short drive. With Sea World, Discovery Cove, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure also close by.


Clubhouse with Pool Table and walk around veranda.

The house sleeps six people, two guest’s per bedroom.
The Master suite features a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with double size shower. The second bedroom features a double bed and the third bedroom
has twin beds.

Rental Policies

A security deposit is required and will be returned 14 days after depature from the property providing no damages have been incurred during the booking period.

Arrival Times

No earlier than 4.00pm on day of arrival.

GBP 320.00 to GBP 320.00 per week

Please add 12% sales tax to all rates quoted above.

A non-refundable deposit of £125/$206 must be taken at the time of booking to guarantee dates.

A £150/$247 Security Deposit is required at time of final payment, this will be refunded 14 days after departure from property based upon no damage being sustained during your stay.

Hot tub charges are based on a monthly charge to ourselves, prices stated are either £40 / $65 per visit (less than 1 month) or £40 / $65 per month (on stays longer than 1 month).
