You will find an eclectic potpourri of lifestyles and ages, beautiful girls and all types of young people between Lifeguard stations 9 and 10. The friendly salesmen cater to a loyal clientele at their stands set up on the sand. In front of Farme de Amoedo Street is the gay hangout. To the left, Arpoador is best for surfing. Its rocks offer a beautiful view of the beach at sunset.
This luxury beacfront beachfront apartment is located on Ipanema beach in Ipanema. Take advantage of all that Ipanema has to offer. Taxis, busses, cafés, fancy restaurants, banks and bureau de change, fresh juice stands, major shopping areas and just about everything else are at walking distance.

Early check in and late check out is available upon request but is subject to availability.
Payment:
Payments are due in FULL and in CASH once you have arrived at the apartment and received the keys.
The reservation deposit can be made through Western Union or PayPal.
Security deposit:
A security deposit of US$500.00 is required when you check in. The full amount will be reimbursed on check out, provided that no items in the apartment are damaged or missing.

Rental Rates

Minimum of 3-night stay.
A deposit of US$500.00 is required to have the apartment reserved.
