Linger-Longer provides both the larger and smaller families with lots of privacy. Both units feature two bedrooms, one-and-one-half baths, one queen-size bed, and a set of twin beds.

Most people come to Anna Maria to enjoy the beach, sun, wildlife, and privacy. Your beach is a two-minute walk from the house. Between the house and the beach is a natural wildlife preserve that protects the beach. I have traveled to see many beaches and, I have to admit, the beaches on Anna Maria are the most beautiful of any place I have traveled. Sugar-white sand and clear, blue-green water make this area a sight to behold. I am obviously not the only one who thinks so - our beach was voted the Most Beautiful in all of Florida!

Welcome to Linger-Longer, and to Anna Maria Island. I grew up in Tampa and first came to Anna Maria when I was a child. I fell in love with it and promised myself to someday buy a home on this wonderful place. Rental Policies

Rental Rates .. $1,200/week .. $3250/month.
Sorry, no weekend or partial-week rentals -- minimum 1 week stay.
$500 Security Deposit.
Florida Sales Tax of 6.5% & Manatee County Tourist Tax of 4%.
Cancellation Fee of 25% of deposit if notified more than 60 days prior to rental.
Deposit will not be returned if cancellation made less than 60 days prior to
arrival unless unit is re-rented.
