Property Description

Sleepy Cove is a brand new home that consists of a multi-level complex consisting of three private villas, and a separate main house with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, great room with entertainment center, and ample dining facilities.

Property Details

The home sleeps 14 people comfortably with room for additional overflow in three queen-sized sleeper sofas. Each Villa has a master bedroom suite furnished with a king-sized bed, full bathroom and walk-in closet. The adjoining private sitting room contains a pullout queen-sized sofa bed. Additional sleeping quarters are located below each villa, where up to eight people may be accommodated in two rooms, each with a full private bathroom. There is a powder room in the main house, as well. All rooms are air-conditioned and have spectacular panoramic ocean views. Coco beach is a short walk from the compound, situated at the foot of the hill, or driveway gate to our property just across the street. It may be more convenient to park right at the beach there are several parking areas there. Typically you have the beach to yourself. In addition we have access to the Beach Club also at the foot of the hill (our driveway gate) just across the street.

Rental Policy

An initial deposit of 50% is required to hold your reservation paid by Visa, Master Card, check or wire. The remaining 50% is paid 60 days prior to arrival. This deposit is also paid by Visa, Master Card, check, wire. There is a refundable security deposit of five hundred dollars ($500 US) for short-term rental, to be paid when you arrive. This is to cover any damage due to negligence, or items missing on the property.

Refunds:
Written cancellation and refund request notice received no less than 60 days before your proposed arrival date will be eligible for a voucher equal to 50% of the deposit. This voucher may be used as credit toward a future booking, and must be used within the next 18 months.

Written cancellation and refund request notice received more than 120 days before your proposed arrival date will be eligible for refund less an amount of $250 for the cancellation, or a voucher equal to 100% of the deposit. This voucher may be used as credit toward a future booking, and must be used within the next 18 months.

Regulations:
No Smoking. No Pets. Children Under 12 not recommended.

We don’t recommend children under 12 for security reasons. There are steeps falls around the property, especially at the upper Great Room areas. We do this as a warning and as a matter of awareness. You should keep small children always in sight and no accidents are bound to happen.
