Centrally located directly on Negril Beach, Nirvana is a terrific value, you can rent one unit, several units or the whole property for family reunions or weddings.
We have a casual un-hotel type setting with only eight rental units to suit individual tastes, this makes Nirvana a great choice for a private hideaway vacation. The intimate & unique beachfront setting with that famous Negril ambiance, romance, privacy & security makes Nirvana the perfect choice for couples, singles, families or groups who have been searching for a special un-commercial & laid back island-style Caribbean beachfront vacation.

You can choose to visit several pristine waterfalls that are a nature lover's delight, an exotic market day trip to nearby Savanna La Mar, scenic Lover's Leap & the thrilling Black River Safari on the South Coast as well as many other special & beautiful tours.......just ask us!

Our beach guard makes it easy for your lounge to be placed right on the sand for sunning or in the shade of beachfront palm trees. He will also arrange for local operators to give you the best rates on the wide range of watersports like Para-sailing, snorkeling, SCUBA, banana boat rides, jet-skiing, windsurfing, glass bottom boat trips to the spectacular shallow reef, romantic sunset cruises & more that Negril is so justly famous for.
He will be glad to watch your belongings should you choose to do watersports or take a walk.
If you wish to read a book or take a nap he will make sure you are not disturbed.

Our friendly night watchman is on duty while you sleep, patrolling our grounds from sunset till sunrise .

Our 2 & 3 bedroom, spacious & comfortable rustic family-style cottages include fully
equipped kitchens, are fully screened and have ceiling fans in all rooms designed for simple & casual beach life enjoyment.
Every cottage has 1 Kingsize bed, there are 2 single beds in each of the other bedrooms.
Daily maid service is included in the rates.
(no A/C as the cottages are set in shady gardens)

IF YOU STAY IN A COTTAGE you can even order a delicious home cooked Jamaican meal,
as we include cook service for one meal per day in our COTTAGE rates only,
(guests provide all groceries needed for meals)

We also feature 3 lovely air-conditioned spacious & comfortable 1 BR oceanfront suites with
ceiling fans, self-catering kitchenettes, king-size bed & private verandas overlooking the beach.
Of course daily maid service is included,
Cook service is not offered in these suites since most vacationing couples do not
want to shop & cook but prefer to do drinks, breakfast & snacks in the kitchenette
& eat out at the many local places that we are close enough to walk to.....

There are no planned activities or schedules, our manager & staff will be happy to help you arrange
activities of all kinds including all watersports, shopping trips & tours to the country.
Nirvana even has 2 two-man kayaks on the beach for the use of our guests.

There is a swing set & adorable play house for the kids right out on the beachfront.

Our thatch roofed garden gazebo is a natural & fully shaded
gathering spot for Nirvana guests to meet & share conversation.

A BBQ grill is also available at your request.

The professionally designed 18-hole Negril Hills Golf Course is less than a ten-minute drive from our gate.

We are at a 30% discount from the following WINTER rates in the
off-season, from May 1 to Dec. 15

RATES
Cottage 1 has three bedrooms and accommodates six people.
There is a half-bath in the cottage, and one full modern
bathroom with an open-tiled shower right outside.
$190/night for two people.

Cottage 2 is larger, and has three bedrooms, which easily
accommodates six people. There is one full bathroom in
the cottage, and another full bathroom just outside.
$195/night for two people.

Cottages 3, & 4 can each accommodate four people.
They have two large bedrooms, one deluxe tiled bathroom
inside, and a lovely open family room/kitchen.
$195/night for two people.

Cottage # 5 is our newest 2 BR cottage & is even more spacious, with ceiling fans in every room,
two large bedrooms, a large tiled bathroom, spacious living/dining area, and full kitchen.
It is our only unit designed with handicapped access.
$205/night for two people


Add $30/night year round for each additional person over the first two guests in all cottages.

The romantic air-conditioned SUNDECK SUITE has a king-size bed in a lovely beachfront room with a fabulous ocean view & features a large open sun deck with total privacy from any neighbors.It has a nice tiled bathroom & a large walk-in closet.
There is a full kitchenette with coffeemaker, blender, toaster & fridge in the room,
The ocean view is breathtaking, and it's all yours! $210/night for two people.

We also feature two special & elegant 1 BR VERANDA SUITES which have a romantic
four-poster bamboo king-size bed draped with netting,a full kitchenette with a coffeemaker, blender, toaster, fridge, & 1 burner.
They have an exotic outdoor shower as well as a lovely tile bathroom with another shower,
a bidet, and a separate large his-and-hers dressing roomwith a walk-in closet.
These are among the most spacious and luxurious air-conditioned suites in all of Negril.........you will fall in love with them.
The view from your private oceanfront veranda is a romantic memory-maker, and it's a great spot for sunset watching, rate is $245/night for two people.

fabulous deluxe Beachfront owner's villa
Our personal 1 BR BEACHFRONT villa that we are now offering to 2-3 guests only,
it is a very open & spacious private & luxurious 1 BR beachfront villa, fully screened,
it has a king-size bed in a & large lovely beachfront A/C bedroom with a louvered ocean view.
It has an exotic & lushly planted tiled outdoor walled shower garden, a designer bathroom with a bidet & a second indoor shower & a large his & hers walk-in closet.

There is a full kitchen including a large dining & sitting room it is fully equipped with coffeemaker,blender, toaster, fridge, microwave, stove & sink. In the Villa you can even order a delicious home cooked Jamaican meal, as we include cook service for one meal per day,
(guests provide all groceries needed for meals)

There is a separate living room. Cable TV is availablefor an extra charge.
The main part of the Villa opens out to a delightful very large open Veranda with a table & chairs,a hammock & a swing chair facing the ocean & the beach. The ocean view is breathtaking. rate for 2 people is $335/nt.

Please add 8.5% JA hotel tax and 10% gratuity for the staff tip pool to all rentals.
Roll-a-way beds are available in any unit to accommodate extras.
All units have in-room security boxes.


DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

A 50% Deposit is required to hold reservations at Nirvana.
This is because we have such a limited number of rental units and we will
refuse any potential inquiries for the unit and the dates you have reserved.

Your deposit guarantees that the reservation you have made will be held for you.
All deposits received will be confirmed by email or regular mail.

Balance of rental is due 30 days prior to arrival, unless alternative arrangements
have been made in writing.

All cancellations are subject to a 1 night cancellation fee.

Balance of deposit (less the one night Cancellation Fee) is refundable if
Nirvana is notified 60 days prior to arrival.

Any cancellations or reductions in length of stay or in number of guests received after the 60 day
limit are non-refundable unless we can re-rent the space.

Cancellations for the holiday months of December, January and February must be received by October 1st, or are subject to a non-refundable holiday season policy.

By making a reservation with Nirvana you are agreeing to the above terms.
