Rental Policy
All bookings subject to $30 resevation fee. If cancelled within 30 days of arrival the required 50% deposit shall be forfeited.
Arrival Times
4pm guaranteed check-in time. Early arrival allowed if able. All homes are inspected for quality & comfort prior to each guest arrival.
Additional Rate and Deposit Information
A valid master or visa card with 50% deposit payment by check will be required to reserve the dream vacation home of your choosing. $30 reservation fee and 8% NH rooms-n-meals tax will also apply to all reservations
