Casa Lagartija is a lovingly restored older home located on Calle Eva Samano de Lopez Mateos on Cerro Madera (Madera Hill) above Madera Beach. It takes less than 5 minutes to stroll down to the beach, and about the same amount of time to walk into the center of town.
Rental Policy
For bookings made more than 30 days in advance a 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation, with the balance due a minimum of 30 days prior to arrival. A 5% discount is offered for prepayment in full.
For reservations made less than 30 days in advance prepayment in full is required.

Nightly rates vary with the season. Winter rates start at $75/night. Summer rates start at $60/night. Discounts offered for stays of 2 weeks or longer.
