Rental Policies

A 50% deposit by check with a valid master or visa credit card is needed in order to secure the vaction home of your dreams. Remaining balance due by arrival, with all reservations subject to a $30 administrative fee. If cancelled within 30 days of arrival entire deposit will be forfeited.

Arrival Times

Check-in guaranteed for 4pm on date of arrival. All homes are inspected prior to guest arrival to ensure quality and ease of your enjoyment.

Rental Rates

$1,296.00 to $1,698.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

All reservations are subject to a $30 administrative booking fee and 8% NH Room-n-Meals tax. A valid Master or Visa card is required to reserve the home of your choosing.
