We are located in the east Sandia mountains of central NM. Just fifteen minutes from Albuquerque and fortyfive from Santa fe NM. The property borders Cibola National Forest. We are at 7000' elevation. Take a drive up to the top of the mountain on national snenic hiway to Sandia crest elevation 10670'
and overlook down to Albuquerque.

Sandia Ski area is just fifteen minutes away.

Paa-ko ridge golf course is just ten minutes away.

Rent one, two or three bedrooms, totaly private, You get the whole place to yourself. Your home away from home.
"Come ride your cares away" Take a peaceful journey on horseback thru the evergreen trees of the national forest. We have rental horses perfect for first time riders and advanced.

You don't have to stay in the cottage to ride horses or ride horses to stay in the cottage. Relax do both.
