Located on Dune Lane, a quiet residential street in North Forest Beach, it is only a short walk away from Coligny Plaza, where shopping, dining and entertainment abound. If you prefer to bike your way around, the bike path is easily accessible from the house. If tennis and/or golf are your choice, both Van de Meer Tennis facilities are nearby and there are 38 golf courses on the island from which to choose. And of course, a variety of water activities abound on Hilton Head.

Spacious rooms, decorated with your comfort in mind, provide and inviting atmosphere and have been designed to give you a place to 'kick back and relax.' The house comfortably accommodates up to 16 in six bedrooms.

Enter the house from the front door or use the elevator on the ground level. From the front entrance, you'll open the door to a spacious living area, complete with large TV/DVD and stereo/CD player and plenty of seating. The dining room is off to your left and the kitchen, complete with a bar area, is straight ahead. This level features two complete master suites with kind size beds, each with a private full bath and walk in closet. One master has it's own outdoor deck ara off the room, and the other offers a view to the pool and easy access to the screened in porch. Additionally there is another queen bedroom, also with a full bath. The laundry room and office area, with wireless internet, are also on this level.

Take the stairs or the elevator up to the second level, and you'll find an additional master suite with two queen size beds, private bath and a walk in closet, a second living area with TV/DVD, a fifth bedroom with a queen size bed, a sixth bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, a full shared bathroom, an efficient exercise area in the loft and an intimate balcony.

There is plenty of outdoor living space as well! On the main level, the screened in porch provides seating and a dining table and a spiral staircase down to the pool level. At the pool level there is a large deck area around the pool/hot tub, complete with lounge chairs and a gas grill. Also there is a covered open air living area with more chairs, extra large picnic table and serving area. Access to the outdoor hot/cold shower is also located on this level.

Rental Policy

50% Deposit due on booking; balance due 30 days prior to arrival

Check in 4 p.m./Check out 10 a.m.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Weekly rentals only during summer months.

11% tax collected on all rentals.
