The 14th floor will assure you breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico, the Dan Russell Pier, and the indescribable sunsets over Panama City Beach. Advanced Deposits
For reservations less than twenty-eight (28) days in length an advance deposit equal to one (1) night rent, taxes and fees is required per unit at the time of booking. The advance payment will be applied toward the total rent, taxes and fees due. Full payment is due upon arrival. Monthly reservations of twenty-eight (28) days or longer require a fully refundable security deposit of $200 due at the time of booking. Payment for each monthly period is due in full on the first day of that month. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express will be accepted for payments. Checks will only be accepted in certain situations such as contracted group reservations and monthly reservations paid in advance.
Hurricane Policy
Refunds will not be processed unless the National Weather Service/NOAA has issued a Hurricane Warning for the immediate area in which the property is located. Waterstone Resorts will process refunds for reservation dates that correspond to the dates of the NOAA issued hurricane warning.
Standard Cancellation & Change Policy
Reservations less than twenty-eight (28) days in length require a fourteen (14) day cancellation or change notice. Cancellations and changes that are made more than fourteen (14) days prior to the check-in date will result in the refund of the advance deposit less a $40 cancellation fee. Cancellations and changes that are made within fourteen (14) days of the check-in date will forfeit one (1) night rent, taxes and fees. Monthly reservations of twenty-eight (28) days or longer require a one hundred twenty (120) day cancellation or change notice. Cancellations and changes that are made more than one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the check-in date will result in the refund of the security deposit less a $40 cancellation fee. Cancellations and changes that are made within one hundred twenty (120) days of the check-in date forfeit the full security deposit.
