Rental Policies

Weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday. Check out is no later than 10:00 A.M. We require a $200 deposit that is mail back to renter after check out.

We rent this unit weekly on a Saturday to Saturday basis. It is available on a Monthly basis as well. We require a $200 security deposit that is mailed back to renter after check out. An 11% tax applies to the rental rates.
