This Condominium is "tropical" style with modern amenities including cable TV and fast internet connection. Imagine checking your email before jogging the isolated beach or conducting business on your balcony while your family enjoys the sheltered waters protected by reefs.

The beach is ideal for snorkeling, sunbathing, and long walks in the white sand. Just minutes away from Ali'i Beach Park; home of Baywatch Hawaii and the Triple Crown Surfing contest. We are located in historic Haleiwa town just around the corner from Haleiwa Boat Harbor, Haleiwa Joe's restaurant, Matsumoto Shave Ice, and Jameson's Restaurant, famous for drinks and dinner at sunset. There are nearby supermarkets, art galleries and boutiques.

Rental Policies

Deposit Guarantee:
Reservations require a fifty percent (50%) deposit by credit card or check. Credit card must be in the name of a member in the traveling party. Credit card information is by telephone or a secure web page for security reasons. Reservation deposit may be canceled within three (3) days from date of credit card charge. Reservations made within 14 days of arrival must be guaranteed immediately with credit card payment in full.
Balance Due:
Balance due will be automatically charged to the credit card fourteen (14) days prior to arrival. Credit card receipt will be e-mailed to the cardholder.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancel 14 days prior to arrival; 30 days prior during Christmas season. Cancellations will be charged 1 night if not cancelled prior to the cancellation deadline.

Cancellations due to an exceptional circumstance, i.e., hurricane, earthquake, airport closures due to strange weather conditions, strike, war or other reasons of a like nature, will not be charged a cancellation fee. Under such circumstances a directive from the owner will authorize the waive of cancellation fees without penalty
Deposit Refund:
Allow 2 to 3 weeks, or 1 to 2 statements billing cycles, for the processing of funds. Specific inquiries regarding deposit refund request should be directed to the owner Lucille da Silva. Every effort will be made to return the funds as soon as possible to minimize inconvenience to all concerned.
Pet Policy:
No pets
Non Smoking Policy:
Smoking is permitted on the private balcony only. Ashtrays are provided.
Check-in/Check-out Policy:
Check-in time: 3:00PM
Check-out time: 12:00PM
One night rate will be charged for late check-out unless previous arrangements are made
Cleaning Policy
A cleaning fee of $150.00 (one hundred fifty) dollars is automatically applied to your bill.

50% Deposit on confirmation. Minimun stay 5 nights.
