El Cantil - Unit 6C South - has the convenience to being close to town and the city plaza. Bella Vista is across the across the street from Chedraui (the largest grocery superstore in Cozumel) including a mall with movies and fast food. Other restaurants are close by.

The beach for Bella Vista is built on a seawall. Access to the ocean is by a small grotto, a swim ladder, or just jump in off the dock -- you can swim, snorkel or dive right here. You are able to see lots of underwater life in your own backyard. Sun bath on the sundeck by the pool or on the private sandy beach with lounge chairs under grass roofed palpas. What a great way to just relax and get a tan. There's also on-site boat pickup that serves all the dive shops and fishing boats. Lockers provided for dive equipment. The huge (50' x 25') 3-level freshwater pool and sundeck offers fun for any age.

Bella Vista is a luxurious villa with all the amenities needed for a wonderful vacation. The views are fantastic, the surroundings are pleasurable. It will easily sleep 10.

Bella Vista is 3200 square feet of luxury living with a 450 square feet of covered oceanfront terrace. The ocean is out the sliding doors and the town is just down the elevators. This condo has just got to be the greatest location in Cozumel.

Availability Calendar

Rental Policies

PAYMENT: An amount equal to 50% of the total rent will be required at the time your reservation is made. The remaining 50% is due 45 days prior to arrival. If a reservation is made within 45 days of arrival, full payment is required upon making the reservation.

SECURITY DEPOSITS: A $500 cash or credit card Security Deposit will be collected at the time you check-in

Cancellation & Return Policy: If for any reason you need to cancel your reservation 90 days or more prior to arrival, we will refund your complete deposit less a $300 cancellation fee. If you need to cancel less then 90 days prior to arrival, you will still be able to receive a full refund of your deposit providing the unit is re rented for the same period at the same rate, less a $300 rebooking fee. We promise to make our best effort to do this. No shows without prior notification will forfeit all monies paid. Rebooking or changing dates of reservations may be done depending on availability in lieu of cancellation on an individual basis.
