Gorgeous brand new townhouse just steps to the beach! Perfect views in a high end home. Plasma screen tv's in the living room and bedrooms are a nice feature! Jacuzzi will be available in the summer of 07.

Property Details

This property is a dream house at the beach!! Built in 2004 and cared for as a 2nd home. (Photos may change as current furnishings are being replaced) Please call prior to making an online reservation and for updated information. This home offers a very nice view of the Pacific Ocean and just 40 steps to the boardwalk in Pacific Beach. This home is a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom home.

The private patio area offers a jacuzzi...with an oceanview. There is a glass sliding door that enters into the downstairs master bedroom from the patio area.

The downstairs bedroom offers a queen bed and fireplace. The access to the patio is direct from this room and perfect to take a late night dip in the jacuzzi!! There is a private bathroom along with shower also in the bedroom.

Up the stairs on the 2nd level you enter into a grand area that offers a partially open kitchen, dining area, and living area. The living area offers a plasma television and fireplace.

The dining area is just off the kitchen and is set for entertaining.

On this level there is a bedroom complete with a queen bed (This may be changed to 2 twin beds..Please call for an update) and access to a bathroom. This bathroom may also be accessed through the kitchen area for privacy.

UP the stairs to the 3rd level there are 2 more master bedrooms. Each offer queen beds and full baths. The North room offers a very nice oceanview and up the North coast. There is a small balcony for viewing summer sunsets or evening lights.

There is a full size washer and dryer also located on the 3rd level.

The south bedroom also offers a queen bedroom and master bathroom.

This property offers a 2 car side by side garage. It is located in one of the most desirable areas of Pacific Beach. A very residential neighbor hood, but still with walking to all that Pacific Beach has to offer. This is one of our premier homes and is a luxury vacation property. We do offer Big house 1 and 2 in the same area which allows for larger groups traveling together as well as family reunions or corporate retreats!! Please call our office if you do have a larger group as we may be able to offer a discounted rate.

Rental Policy

House Rules

1. Reservation: You may make an on-line reservation by credit card and all payments will be taken at the time of your reservation or you may phone us at 619-224-1500 to reserve your vacation home by phone. When you reserve by phone we require a $350 refundable credit card deposit at the time of your verbal reservation. this will allow us to take your vacation home off of the calendar immediately but will also require the cancellation policy to be in effect at the time you give us your credit card information. Please be sure to review our cancelation policy prior to making your commitment verbally. The rental payment of 1/3rd of the rental amount is to be paid within 7 days of your verbal reservation to us by check only and the balance due 60 days prior to your arrival. We will complete a short-term rental agreement for your vacation home during also securing your reservation. Once all of your payments have been received we will forward to you the required information to check yourself into your vacation home and your refundable deposit of $350 will become a damage deposit and returned to you in full within 14 days after you depart minus any damages.

We do not allow guests to rent from us unless they are at least 25 years or older. We do not allow pets at this time due to possible allergies from future guests. All of our vacation homes are non-smoking inside. We do not allow overcrowding of our vacation homes and have specified in several areas on the website how many guests are allowed in each vacation home.

2. Our cancellation policy will be in effect upon your verbal reservation at the time you release your credit card information to us. Outside of 60 days prior to your arrival you will be refunded all except a $150.00 cancellation fee. We will apply 50% of this fee towards any future Sandy Beach Rental. Under 60 days prior to your arrival we will need to re-rent the home at the same rate to refund you any rents paid and then also your deposit will be refunded minus a $150 cancellation fee or any additional expenses that may occur due to the re-booking of the vacation home.

3. Check in time is at 3:00 and check-out at 10:00 am. You may inquire about early or late check in but there may be an additional charge if your request is able to be accommodated.
