On the coast of South Carolina, Fripp Island is a popular, but not crowded resort just over 20 miles from downtown Beaufort. Our Beautiful three-bedroom, three-bath home has a large screened back porch that faces Ocean Creek Golf Course's fairway #1

Property Details

All bedrooms have televisions, as does the Great Room. There is both Free Cable Internet and Wireless Internet. The kitchen is fully equipped -- from china dinner service for eight to specialty seafood cookware. The electric stove and overhead microwave make meal preparation a joy. With the fabulously large gas grill on the back patio, you watch the cook or the golfers from the screened porch.
The glass-topped dining room table creates an elegant adult dining atmosphere as much as it provides a care-free setting for children. Place mats and table runners are also at the ready on the baker's rack. There is off-street parking for two cars and a golf cart. So, as soon as you get there, park the car & rent a golf cart, bicycles, and/or scooters from Island Excursions at the Marina.
Also just a few miles away from Fripp Island is South Carolina's most popular beach, Hunting Island Beach, in Hunting Island State Park. Fripp Island is a barrier island and a wildlife paradise. Low country marshes, 3 1/2 miles of Atlantic shore beaches, a marina, abundant wildlife, two top-notch golf courses, and Camp Fripp for kids makes Fripp Island a great all-year-round-vacation spot for the entire family.

Rental Policies

One week (7 nights) minimum during high season (June 16-August 5th). Three-night minimum at other times of the year. Call manager for details about flexibility in arrival/departure times.

Arrival Times

Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday, with Check-in after 4 p.m. and Check-out before 10 a.m. the following Saturday.

Rental Rates

$800.00 to $1,600.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Amenity cards are available for any persons over 12 years of age at the cost of $50 each per week from Memorial Day through Labor Day, and $35 each per week at all other times. These cards allow our guests to have the use of the island pools, island golf courses, island tennis and island restaurants. At the time you request availability, please let us know if you want these cards.
