Located near Bend, Oregon, the quaint western-style town of Sisters offers year round vacation opportunities. This is your destination for the Central Oregon vacation. Ski in the winter, golf or Mountain biking in the summer are just a few options.

Property Details

Our 2100 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath vacation home sleeps six and features the master bedroom, master bath, living room, dining room, kitchen and family room on the main floor downstairs. Upstairs are two bedrooms with a shared over sized bathroom.

Built in the craftsman style of yesteryear, our new home (built 2006) has all the amenities and comforts of a modern vacation rental :

Front Porch : Enjoy the view from our 6' covered porch. The porch and main level of the house are accessible from the street by a level entry with no stairs.

Oregon Room (Living Room) : The Oregon Room has a beautiful rock fireplace. This is the ideal setting for conversation, reading a book, or just relaxing by the fire.

Dining Room : Across the cased entry from the Oregon Room is the formal dining room. The Central Oregon sun shines through true divided light wood framed windows onto our solid oak dining set. Seating for six.

Kitchen : The kitchen is equipped with modern stainless steel appliances and beautiful travertine tile in the colors of the high desert. There is an over sized counter and work surface that faces the Family Room.

Family Room : The family room features reclining leather seating and a 50", Plasma Screen TV, and DVD player. Digital cable provides High Definition programming including ESPN. This room has work desk and ample area for setup of a large cutting/sewing table which is stored on site.

Master Bedroom / Bath: The master bedroom includes a King Bed with Swedish memory foam mattress. The adjoining master bath includes a large, tiled soaking tub and separate double head shower. A Large master closet with organizer system is available.

Quilter's Bedroom : Upstairs, the quilter's bedroom includes a queen bed, also with a Swedish memory foam mattress and ample closet space.

Rodeo Bedroom : The Rodeo bedroom includes two Twin-XL sized beds with comfortable mattresses and custom Rodeo themed metalwork headboards.

Guest Bathroom : The over sized upstairs bathroom includes separate vanities and enclosed areas for the toilet and shower.

Deck and Hot Tub : The deck is large, and features a stainless steel BBQ, outdoor sitting/eating area for six, and an in-deck hot tub. The deck is accessible by French doors from both the family room and master bedroom .

Other : Wireless internet, commercial free digital music, long distance calling in the USA, and speaker connections for the your iPod are inclusive.

Rental Policies

Our minimum stays for all rentals:
Quilt Show Week, 7 night min.
July & August, 4 night min.
Christmas & New Years, 4 night min.
Holidays (excluding Christmas and New Years) 3 night min.

A reservation deposit of 50% (this includes 50% rent, cleaning fee and taxes) and a security deposit of $250 is required to secure a reservation.

All balances are due 60 days in advance of occupancy or immediately if the reservation is made within the time period. A county or city tax ( whichever is applicable for a particular house) is assessed on the daily rate, and 1% state lodging tax is assesed on all rentals.

A credit card is required to be on file for any loss, damages or anything beyond normal cleaning that may be required.

CANCELLATION POLICY: The reservation deposit and security deposit are refundable, less a $50.00 cancellation fee, if cancelled 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival. No refunds are given if cancelled less than 60 days before scheduled arrival, unless we re-rent the home for the dates confirmed to you. If the home is re-rented your deposit less $50.00 cancellation fee will be returned to you. No refunds will be given for early departure.

It is important to understand our cancellation policy before making your reservation. All cancellations will result in loss of your reservation fee. If a cancellation is received less than 60 days from your arrival date, it may result in forfeiture of most fees. However, if we can rebook the days cancelled, your fees will be returned.

All rates + 9% tax and $80 cleaning fee.

Off Season Special! - Stay 3 nights get the 4th night free.
October 1 - June 5 excluding Holidays.

Special Summer Discount - Stay 7 nights, get 7% off!
May 25 - Sept 30th. Excludes Quilt Show and Rodeo week.
