Property Description

This house is unlike any house you have ever seen before. It has a geodesic dome roof that has a 20-foot cathedral ceiling with a glass clear story. It has an ocean front location on the rolling hills above the village of Dillon Beach.

Property Details

The huge great room of the house is 40 feet in diameter and is perfect for gatherings of family and friends. It consists of a gourmet kitchen with maple cabinets, granite counters, hardwood floors, and European appliances as well as living and dining areas.

The living room has a fireplace as well as a 35-inch satellite TV with DVD and VCR. A CD and cassette player is also provided.



The house has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 exquisite marble bathrooms. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a full and twin in the third bedroom. There is queen sofa sleeper in the foyer room with a privacy curtain that can be closed for sleeping. There are also 2 cushioned window seats in the living room that can be used as single beds.

The house is fully furnished with all the amenities necessary to make your vacation a dream come true. Included are a washer and dryer as well as a computer with internet access.

All necessary items are provided including blankets and pillows. Normally guests bring their own linens and towels and are required to clean the house before departure. If you wish to have the linens, towels, or cleaning service provided we will make arrangements. $1,550.00 to $2,150.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Rates:
$800.00 per week-end - ( Fri & Sat Nights)
$325.00 additional nights - ( Sun -Thurs Nights)
$1950.00 per week - ( 7 Nights )

Rates for the summer and holidays may be slightly higher or require minimum stays.
Two Night Minimum on all Rentals.
No More Than 10 persons (8 Adults and 2 Children) are Allowed at the House.

Please inquire about special rates for romantic vacations for two or for very small groups. Short Notice, we will try to accommodate you.
