Very Clean Old farmhouse-style cottage with two master bedrooms each with queen-size feather-padded beds, vaulted wood ceilings, and old fashioned baths

Nana's has french doors that open up to front and back porches, relax in your hot tub on the back screened porch and watch and listen to the shoals on the river, or from your rocking chair watch the wild turkey and deer, we feed them in the winter.

Snuggle up to the beautiful riverstone fireplace, we even supply the firewood! It's truly a great romantic getaway!!

Relax on the hammock down by the river, fish, swim, or tube in your own backyard.(even a private tube run) At end of tube run there are great shoals, wonderful beach, and rope swing.

We supply tubes in the summer, and have a canoe for your use - FREE of charge!!

Only 15 minutes from helen. Hiking, golfing,shopping, the highest peak in Georgia, best whitewater rafting area in US, sliding rocks, horseback riding, and, of course, antiquing and shopping are close by!! There is so much to do in this area.

Rental Policies

We ask for one nights rent with in 10 days of confirmation
A separte check for $250 ($300 for a week or longer stay) This is not cashed unless damage

100% refund if canceled before 60 days. After this credit for the rented dates only

Rental Rates

$1,100.00 to $1,300.00 per week

Winter months : 3 nights for the price of 2 $390 plus taxes
Or $150 a night
Mid-week rates in off season
$185 to $225 nightly
$1400-$1550 weekly
3 night min. on Holidays.
3 night min June 1st-Mid August
