Property Description
Our lovely 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home has its own private screened in pool and jacuzzi which backs south so sun all day long. There are no homes directly behind us for more privacy. We are only a 5 minute drive to the Disney parks!

Our Beautiful upgraded home has all the comforts of home with the masterbedroom having a king size bed with master bath, the second bedroom also has a king size bed with master bath, and the second and third bedrooms have two twins each so perfect for two families. The kitchen is fully equipped and also laundry facilities inside the home. There is a two car garage which leads into the laundry area.
The living room has two sofas, entertainment system with giant tv screen, dvd and stereo system. Dining area seats up to 8 guests.
We have now added high speed internet connection so bring your lap top!
Rental Policy
Damage deposit is $300 which is returned within 7 days if no damages have occurred.
Arrival Times
Checkin is at 4pm and Check out is at 10am
Additional Rate and Deposit Information
Please add 13% Florida tax to all reservations. Stays under 7 nights please add an additional $95. Please inquire for nightly stays. Pool and jacuzzi heating during the winter months or when need, will be an additional $20 daily.
