The Park Apartment enjoys exclusive access via a stunning Palladian staircase entrance. The interior has a beautiful mix of antique and modern furnishings, and the accommodation is extremely comfortable.

Garden Apartment (1 Bed. Sleeps 2 max.)

The Garden Apartment is, as its name suggests, at garden level and is more cottagey in style - it is very charming. It is ideal for singletons, couples, or a couple and friend/small child.

Balfour Apartment (2 Bed. Sleeps 4 max.)

The Balfour Apartment occupies a commanding second-floor position in Pilrig House, and has dual windows in the living-room with panoramic views of the park and Edinburgh skyline!


All apartments include:

- Flat-screen TV, DVD/CD-Player, Digital Radio, bookcase full of novels/books/children's books/games, travel guides/local maps, binoculars,

Please see our website for nightly/reduced weekly rates, and special rates for even longer stays. 10% discount on nightly rates for solo travellers.
Min. stay - 3 nights. No smoking, and sorry, no pets.

Min 3-night stays. 4 nights in June/July; 7 nights in August during the Edinburgh Festival; Weekly stays at Christmas/New Year.

10% discount given to solo travellers.
