VERY EASY ACCESS TO RIVER

This FARMHOUSE style cottage/ cabin is tucked away on 13 total ACRES in the North Georiga Mountians and is a wonderful place for a special occasion or romantic get away.

Summer months are filled with family fun! So much to do at the cottage you may never leave.
In the master bedroom you can open the french door and snuggle in the HAMMOCK FOR 2 on the huge porch over looking the river!
It has a LARGE HOT TUB tucked in a secluded spot on the screened in porch with a rock wall behind it.

The Garden Cottage is more upscale then most homes for rent in this area,and is done in an old farmhouse style inside with boarded walls and high ceilings. WE HAVE THE CLEANEST RENTALS in the helen area
French doors in every room open up to the huge porches with RIVER VIEWS.

A CANOE is available, and tubes are supplied in the warmer months. We even have a PRIVATE TUBE RUN, and rope swing..great swiming area. There is a large flat rock to sit on in middle of river right in front of this cottage, perfect for lounging in the river.
WILDLIFE comes daily and you can watch the deer and wild turkey in your back yard. (not to mention Marshmellow the bear, who makes an appearance now and then)

The cottage's land is length-ways on the river so you have over 700'on the river.
Good fishing, BASS and TROUT! (4 lb trout is caught often right behind home)
It is also an easy grade to the river, NO steep drops as with many homes in this area and our cottages are the cleanest in this area!!

SCREENED in porch has a large hot tub, iron garden furniture with cushions and pillows
Also has huge bath with 2 pedestal sinks and shower/tub combo.

The second bedroom has an open beams over head, for a wonderful old fashioned valted ceiling. White iron bed frame(1930's) yellow floral print, French doors that open to a porch over looking the river.

Kitchen is large and has all that is needed, dishwasher, microwave etc., all cooking supplies.
Dining room has table in white and wood. (Seats 6), with French doors. Living room has fireplace with river stone accents, comfy sofa/chairs and antiques.

Half bath, and full laundry is on 1st floor.
There are 2TV's, DVD player with NEWER MOVIES, Showtime and Stars with the satelite TV's, stereo with CD player and remote, GAS GRILLE,

This cottage will have all you will need to make a special weekend or your family vacation the best!!

Rental Policies

We ask for one nights rent with in 10 days of confirmation

3 night min. on Holidays.
3 night min June 1st-Mid August
Winter rates vary please check with us for more info.
We accept personal checks if deposit is received at least 2 weeks before check in
After this we accept cash or a secured check only
A separte check for $250 ($300 for a week or longer stay) This is not cashed unless damage.

100% refund if canceled bofore 60 days. After this credit for the rented dates only
