Our canal front two bedroom + 1 room to lounge and sleep if desired, two and a half bath duplex is fully equipped for entertaining, cooking, or just kicking back and relaxing. Outside there is a large private Jacuzzi for your enjoyment. We have a new kitchen with wood cabinetry, granite counter tops, brand new appliances, gorceous tile floor.

Amenities: The duplex is spread out over three floors. The top floor has two bedrooms and two baths. One room has a queen bed and the other has two full size beds. The second floor is the main living area including the kitchen and a half bath. There is a sleeper sofa on this floor in the living room. The first floor also has a 3rd room and a large storage area. Air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. Washer and dryer, TV's with DIRECT TV and a DVR on main floor and DIRECT TV throughout house. A screened covered terrace with patio furniture. This duplex is complete with everything you need to make your next vacation a great one.

Activities: Once you arrive you are at the fishing capital of the world. Incredible offshore, back country, reef, bridge, flats and any kind of fishing is available within minutes of our property. After a long day of fishing come and relax with a cool tropical drink at the Cabana club private beach and pool. Take a beautiful walk or bike ride, see the amazing sunsets. Play golf or Tennis. Eat at one of the great local restaurants. Whatever your pleasure its available here.
